American West Books will ship to Libraries and Schools free of freight charges. We will ship and bill upon receipt of Library or School purchase order.

Individuals: Phone, mail or fax in your order. Please include $4.50 (United Parcel Services) for shipping and handling. California residents please include 7.975% sales tax. Checks accepted.

Bookseller Credit: Please submit your orders on your purchase order form or letterhead and send three trade and one bank reference. Open invoices terms are net 30 days. A finance charge of 1.5% (18% annually) may be added to overdue accounts.

Resale Numbers: California dealers please supply a resale verification card with the first order.

Claims: All damage and short-shipment claims must be made within 30 days. For shipments damaged in transit, please make claim with the carrier. All claims of non receipt must be made no later than 45 days after the invoice date or they will not be honored.

Returns:  Dealers may make returns anytime between 60 days and one year from the date of invoice. Returns must be shipped PREPAID to our Sanger, CA address. Please only return books that are in a clean resalable condition.  Books declared out-of-print are eligible for return for 90 days after  out-of-print declaration. Returns will be credited at full earned purchase price (excluding freight and postage).
